Fused & Stained Glass Workshops Available for up to 4 people. Starting at ages 12+ costs start at £50.
We run a couple of different workshops, come and have fun whilst making something beautiful.
Our workshops are available daily, except for Sundays, and are appropriate for individuals aged 12 and above. We can accommodate groups of up to four people, with a current minimum of two. Reservations can be made via email, phone, or in-person at the workshop.
The duration of the Beginner's Fused Glass workshop is approximately 2.5 hours, and the cost starts from £50 per person. During the workshop, you can create items such as 2 coasters, 2 tea lights, 1 small bowl, 4 seasonal decorations, 2 jewelry sets, or a design of your choice. Please note that there is a limit to the amount of glass included in the workshop fee.
For a small fee, we can mount your piece on a piece of wood or driftwood, and we also offer other options. The glass needs to go in a kiln overnight, and if there is cold work required (such as drilling holes or mounting on driftwood), your piece won't be ready to collect until 48 hours after the workshop (postage is available at varying costs depending on the size). The Beginner's Fused Glass workshop is suitable for ages 12 and above.
Our Half-Day Fused Glass workshop lasts approximately 4 hours, costs £90 per person, and enables you to create larger pieces or lanterns.
Louis Comfort Tiffany invented Tiffany glass, also known as copper foil glass. This glass work technique involves wrapping the edge of the glass in copper foil, which enables the creation of a design by soldering the pieces together.
During our Tiffany Glass workshops, you will learn glass cutting, how to copper foil, and how to solder the pieces together. We have a variety of small panel designs available for you to choose from. The workshops cost £60.00 per person and last for 2 to 3 hours. Please note that a minimum of 2 people is required for booking, and the workshops are suitable for ages 14 and above.
Join us for one of our Fused Glass workshops and create stunning Christmas decorations and handmade gifts. With our £60 workshop, you can make up to 4 hanging decorations in your preferred colors, which can even be personalized with names.
We also offer other Christmas designs, such as standing trees or curved snow scenes, although creating one of these may take longer for collection and incur additional costs. Please inquire about these options when booking.
