As dog owners ourselves, we welcome children and well-behaved dogs to our guest house. Our priority is to provide quality accommodation that is clean, comfortable, and conducive to a relaxing holiday experience for all our guests. We allow a maximum of two large dogs or three small dogs per room, but please get in touch with us to discuss further as we may be able to accommodate your needs. Please note that there is a charge per dog per day and we reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning or damage to the property.

If you're a dog owner, you'll be pleased to know that dogs are allowed on eighteen local beaches all year round, while on others, they're only allowed from 1st October to 30th April. Our guest house boasts a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool and Hot Tub, set in a private garden with a sun terrace where you can soak up the lovely Torquay weather. We are fully licensed and have a venue that can be hired for private functions and events.

Torquay is renowned for its mild climate and watersports activities. Our guest house is conveniently located just 350 yards away from Torre railway station, providing direct access to all the surrounding areas, including Torquay Rail Station and the Agatha Christie Mile, where you can take a tour of her life and work.

The Purple Tree Guest House is within easy reach of The Riviera International Centre, Torre Abbey, the promenade with Princess Theatre, the shops, the Marina, with its wide choice of bars and restaurants.
