We're Good To Go

The UK’s National Tourism body, Visit England, and the UK government, has launched a new ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard. This is a way of letting you know which businesses have made necessary changes to their day-to-day workings, including social distancing measures, increased hygiene protocols and staff training to protect both you and their staff.

We have signed up to the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ mark & we have one displayed at our reception.

Providing contact details as part of the NHS track and trace programme is now a legal requirement for all guests visiting our guest house, and we display QR codes for guests who use the NHS COVID-19 app at reception.

All bookings are flexible and dates can be moved if your plans change.  We have made lots of changes to minimise the amount of people in certain areas at potential busy times, such as breakfast these are now on a pre-order & table reservation system. We have made more space between tables, we have sanitiser on every floor and extra cleaning in public areas.
